Use Arcade ’s AI design tools to produce up to 100 original designs per month across assigned categories (Jewelry, Textile, or Rugs). Align your work with a curated monthly inspiration boards that reflects current trends, market demands, and visual direction. Curate Your Storefront. Publish and organize your own public storefront and we’ll take care of the rest. Every product is automatically priced, assigned to a Maker, and ready to sell. Maintain a visually consistent, professional, and engaging online portfolio. Collaborate with Creatives. Join a first-of-its-kind design cohort, exchanging ideas and techniques with other leading designers. Learn how to prompt our AI tools from our team of experts. Showcase Your Work. Build public collections of designs for customers to explore and purchase. Your designs will be hand-selected and showcased on our homepage, giving you premier visibility. Compensation & Incentives Commission: Earn 5% on every sale of your product designs. Monthly Cash Incentives: $5 per approved Jewelry or Rug design (max 50 entries/month) $3 per approved Textile or Artist Model design (max 50 entries/month) Pre-Approval Process : Submit up to 50 designs by the 15th of each month for early review. Approved designs count toward your total; rejected designs do not. Every submission is evaluated on: Creative Expression: Artistic identity and originality Market Appeal and Virality: Style-forward, trend-aware, and desirable to customers Visual Impact: Aesthetic strength and eye-catching power Craft Integrity: Feasibility as a physical product We’re looking for designers who Have formal training or equivalent experience in art, design, or architecture, with a portfolio that demonstrates innovation and strong visual thinking. Thrive in fast-paced, inspiration-driven creative environments. Specialize in at least one of the following: Interior Design: Expertise in spatial flow, mood, and materiality Textile/Fabric Design: Skilled in pattern creation, surface design, and fabric manipulation Jewelry Design: Capable of conceptualizing unique wearable pieces with storytelling through form Graphic Design: Creates bold, brand-focused visuals with precision in typography, color, and layout.
