• Role
As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) Partner, you will be responsible for providing medical services for women's health products to our users through telemedicine (asynchronous and synchronous). In particular, you will review the medical history of our users, assess their eligibility, communicate through our secure messaging system for follow-up questions, conduct audio/video consultations, write prescriptions (for eligible users), and answer medical questions from existing users (also through our secure messaging system).
You will also have a chance to engage with physicians on the team, as well as connect with the leadership of Twentyeight Health. In particular, you will have a supervising physician(s) that you will work closely with through chart reviews, monthly meetings, and asking questions. This is a great opportunity for anyone passionate about increasing access to women's health.
This is a part-time, remote, independent contractor position with flexible working hours.
• Responsibilities
Provide telemedicine services (asynchronous and synchronous) for women's health products
Review the medical history of users
Assess medical eligibility for women's health products
Write prescriptions for women's health products
Answer medical questions related to women's health products
Work in close conjunction with a board-certified MD
• Requirements
We are looking for exceptional candidates who have:
Active CRNP license (certification in women's health is preferred)
Active Texas state license and Medicaid credential (additional state licenses and Medicaid credentials preferred, plus willingness to obtain more)
Minimum 2 years of experience as an NP
Flexibility to work a minimum of 12-15 hours/week for sync consultations on weekdays and/or weekends
Passionate about healthcare and Twentyeight's mission
Excellent communication skills (fluency in Spanish is a plus)
Comfort with technology (experience with telemedicine is a plus)
Collaborative, flexible, and empathetic attributes
