Texas Insurance Litigation Attorney (1–5 Years)

Commission-Only | No Salary | No Cap | High Performers Only We are hiring one Texas-licensed attorney with 1–5 years of first-party property insurance experience to handle residential, commercial, and HOA insurance claims. This is a commission-only role for attorneys who want ownership, leverage, and uncapped income — not stability seekers. What You Will Handle • First-party property damage claims (hail, wind, roof) • Commercial and HOA insurance disputes • Appraisal and arbitration matters • Pre-suit through active litigation • Select bad-faith matters You will run your own docket with firm infrastructure behind you. Compensation (Read Carefully) • 25% on firm-generated matters • Up to 40% on self-generated matters • Paid on collected fees • No draw. No salary.
