Job Description: Your tasks: ► Execute environmental and lifetime testing of SiC power semiconductor modules for hybrid and electric vehicles according to international standards (e.g., AQG324) ► Implement and refine newly developed test methods for power electronics in a subfield of e-Mobility ► Collaborate with other developers to create specific lifetime models for components ► Perform hands-on tasks in the laboratory, including conducting electrical tests, maintaining, and troubleshooting test equipment ► Coordinate sample creation and physical analysis activities ► Interpret test results and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders ► Proactively address unexpected results, working independently or in a team to resolve issues Qualifications: ► B.Sc. / M.Sc in Electrical Engineering (adv. high voltage education) ► Proficiency in a laboratory environments with experience in measurement techniques ► Basic knowledge in the field of power semiconductors, inverter units ► Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure ► Fluent in English What gives you further advantages: ► Basic knowledge of LabVIEW and/or Matlab programming ► Experience with environmental testing ► Familiarity with the AQG-324 standard ► German language skills ► Previous experience in the automotive industry Additional Information: Get to know our #LikeABosch benefits.
