Job Summary The Marketing Technology Platform team is dedicated to managing and executing within the enterprise digital marketing technology platforms and associated services as well as consulting with stakeholders to enable a broad set of business goals using digital marketing technologies. The Test & Learn and Personalization Implementation, Lead provides strategy, consultation, execution, and administration of our A/B testing and personalization implementation through Adobe Target. Essential Job Functions • Lead the technical development and implement of A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalized experiences using Adobe Target. Provide consulting & technical expertise (act as technical SME for Adobe Target) within a matrixed team structure. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies - (35%) • Build segmentation and audiences in Target to drive personalization activities. Translating business requirements into technical specifications and documentation. Coordinate QA efforts and approvals related to testing and personalization activities - (30%) • Prioritize Adobe Target technical issues and lead the investigation and resolution of the issues. Work with Adobe Client Care to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Adobe Target platform - (15%) • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital test & learn and personalization technology - (10%) • Develop strong business relationships with internal clients, IT, UX, Analytics, Compliance, Information Security and Marketing teams. Work with the user experience, product and marketing teams to plan and prioritize new testing experiences - (10%) Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree • 4+ years of experience working with Adobe Target setting up basic and advanced activities Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree Computer information Systems or Marketing or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience • 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Target setting up basic and advanced activities Skills • Adobe Target • Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) • Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) • JScript • React.js • Angular • Vue.js • Scrum Methodology • Agile Methodology • Problem Solving Reports To: Manager and above Direct Reports: 0 Work Environment • Normal office environment, hybrid.
