Automation Test Engineer – MS Dynamics CRM / FULLY REMOTE Are you a detail-oriented Test Engineer looking to make an impact in a high growth business within a larger group? Do you have experience in automation testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM? The Role As a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in the manual testing and quality assurance of critical systems and implementations. Automation Development: Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for Dynamics 365 CRM Frameworks & Tools: Utilize Playwright to build robust automation frameworks. Functional & Regression Testing: Validate CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, and frontend components to ensure system integrity. CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into Azure Devops pipelines for continuous testing. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs using Azure DevOps. Collaboration: Participate in workflow and work with developers to resolve issues. Key Experience Required Strong Automated Testing Experience testing CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics / D365 C# Proven experience as a Tester within Dynamics 365 environments. Demonstrable expertise in end‑to‑end testing of Dynamics 365 CRM. Strong knowledge of CRM modules, Power Platform, and Azure integration.
