Test Development Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Test Development Engineer to join the Cisco Systems team. As a Test Development Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the quality of our products. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and analyzing tests and test results, as well as providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong technical background with a minimum of 3 years of experience in test development. Additionally, you must have knowledge in software and hardware development and testing, as well as experience in developing automated test scripts.We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, has a strong eye for detail, and is able to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test scripts to ensure product quality.
Analyze test results and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to improve product quality.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure product quality.
Maintain and adhere to software and hardware development standards.
Monitor and evaluate product performance in order to identify areas of improvement.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the software and hardware development industry.
