Test Architect / QA Architect
Liaise with stakeholders across enterprise (Enterprise Architecture, Development teams, Product Owners, Infrastructure, Risk management, PMO etc. ).Excellent Data testing techniques and consultative experience on tools and process.Baseline maturity profiling (TMMi, TPI-Next) of QA current state across people, process, technology & governance dimensions.Develop customized improvement plans by portfolio to improve the overall QA maturity and guide the teams along the improvement journey.Publish templates, standards and guidelines for project teams to use.Define, setup and monitor a centralized QA metrics framework to enable various roles in the organization with customized views on QA KPIs.Develop and advocate for scalable, modular, low-bolthires, bolthires/CD integrated test automation solutions suited for multiple platforms (web, mobile, APIs, data etc.), project size and complexity.Improve capabilities in non-functional testing (performance, security, capacity etc.), test support functions (TDM, TEM, QA tools administration etc.).Continuously research & evaluate new testing tools, technologies and practices to enhance efficiency of testing processes and teams.Establish and contribute to Communities of Practice – Automation, NFT, Data Testing, UAT Chapters.Develop and implement an audit framework to ensure consistent governance.Adoption of NextGen QE – QA to QE transformation, GenAI, AI/ML adoption and pilots.Liaise with project stakeholders (developers, business analysts and QA teams) to understand the scope and details of the various projects inflight.Create comprehensive test strategy for projects involving validation of data moving across application landscape.Identify and implement best suited tools for automation of different types of testing – ETL testing, Data Migration testing and API testing.Develop bespoke automation test framework in Python, C# or Javascript for both functional & regression test of data.Train the project teams on the automation tools and frameworks Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
