The Territory Sales Representative will lead growth of the new Keepr alcohol monitoring products in the assigned territory.
What You'll Be Doing
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close through intentional prospecting, hunting, and closing new business.
• Proactively prospect and build your own pipeline, using Keepr’s target list as a starting point, while also handling inbound interest from all targeted verticals.
• Position Keepr as a compliance and outcomes-focused solution for accountability in recovery, clinical care, family law, and criminal justice/offender monitoring markets.
• Represent Keepr at national and regional conferences and industry events
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting using Zoho CRM
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned goals through monthly device and subscription sales.
What You'll Bring To The Table
• 3+ years of proven success in sales prospecting/hunting in B2B or Government sales
• Strong understanding of sales processes including sales stages/methodology, technology, and the use of metrics/KPIs to drive performance
• Comfortable with outbound sales, completing product demonstrations, managing a high volume of activity, and closing consultative deals
• Completion of a sales training program (internal training or external development) that leans into the fundamentals of the sales experience
• Driven, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communicator with a bias for action
• Position reports to Keepr Sales Leader
• Ability to travel up to 50%
