Our client has been in business for over 30 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. They are a continually growing company, and they are looking to add a representative in the Orange metro to help them take this division to new heights. This is a hybrid position and will report to their branch in Orange, CA. The California team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture. The Territory Sales Representative will work closely with and answer directly to the company’s Sales Manager in developing and implementing new growth strategies. They will sell to facility owners, maintenance managers, building owners and more. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1+ year of proven outside sales success (entry level will be considered), preferably with experience in selling a service. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills. Compensation: Our client is offering a solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary ranging from 40k – 60k/year and an uncapped bonus/commission structure that should add another 20k – 30k in the first year and put you well into the six figure range in 2-3 years.
