The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Loans Against Gold business in assigned territories. This role involves leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, ensuring effective sales strategies, and achieving business goals. The manager will work closely with branches and operations teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and guidance. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and goals. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the Loans Against Gold market. Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients. Collaborate with branches and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Identify training needs and facilitate skill development within the team. Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales performance and market trends. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations in all sales activities. Stay updated with industry developments and adapt strategies accordingly. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management tools. Knowledge of Loans Against Gold products and services is an advantage. Willingness to travel within the assigned territories. Flexibility to work extended hours as per business needs.
