To be considered for this role, you must be based in the above territory.Meet the team:• Join a dynamic, fast-growing and innovative global organisation in the MedTechindustry.• Be part of a team with an important mission and take on a role with purposeand impact, making a real difference to those living with Diabetes.• Work with over 10,000 colleagues in a fast-paced, fun and open workingenvironment.• Carve out a long-term career and enjoy access to outstanding training anddevelopment programs.Where you come in:• To drive recommendations and use of Dexcom products within Primary Careand Community Diabetes Teams by providing support services and solutions(85% time spent in combination with market access).• Collaboration with Market Access team to optimize available policy and fundingopportunities.• To provide training and in-servicing of Dexcom products and ancillaries torelevant HCPs in innovative ways (10-15% time maximum).• Increase Dexcom market share (sensor sales) and the territory revenue in linewith company expectations utilizing services and support from across thecompany in accordance with the Dexcom values and culture.• Maximize strategic partnership with other companies to maximize sales forstandalone product.• To manage the territory for Dexcom, splitting time according to customer andbusiness needs.• Daily use of CRM system to identify business development opportunities.What Makes You Successful:Fluent in English (desirable but not required)• You think strategically, forward-thinkingly in your way of working and you are ready to take initiative.• You have knowledge of diabetes products and therapies• You have demonstrated success in previous sales roles based on very good performance (a plus)• You recognize customer needs and are therefore able to stimulate, challenge, and advance thoughtprocesses regarding new approaches to diabetes treatment.• You implement sales strategies even in a complex and multifaceted environment.• You work cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams• You have excellent people skills, as well as communication and negotiation skills.• You are team-oriented and able to implement conceptual/consultative sales strategies.• You must have a valid Category B driver's licenseWhat you’ll get:• A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
