Job Title: Territory Sales Associate Location: Milwaukee, WI Join Loffredo Fresh Foods as a Territory Sales Associate based out of the Milwaukee area. We are a local, family-owned food and produce distributor that has proudly served the Midwest region for over 130 years. We distribute to 11 different states across our 6 locations. The Territory Sales Associate at Loffredo Fresh Foods is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of foodservice accounts by building strong relationships with current customers and by identifying & onboarding new customers. Key duties include upselling products, providing industry insights, overseeing order fulfillment, resolving customer issues, and analyzing sales trends to enhance client satisfaction. This role is responsible for maintaining and working a new business pipeline. This role requires collaboration with internal teams such as warehouse, logistics, procurement, and customer service to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the Territory Sales Associate will track performance metrics, report sales forecasts, and ensure compliance with industry regulations, all while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships. This position is based in the Milwaukee area . While Loffredo Fresh Foods does not have a physical location in this region, the Territory Sales Associate will work remotely and actively visit customer locations and manage current accounts in the region. Ensuring exceptional service and sales growth. This role requires regular travel within the assigned territory to build relationships, identify new opportunities, and provide in-person support to clients. Travel to the branch in Madison, WI a few times a month required.
