Being an all-star Territory Manager who is hungry to sell the Amsterdam Beer & BAG portfolio at Bars & Restaurants (Licensees), LCBO, Beer Store, Grocery Stores and Convenience stores. Growing their assigned territory volumes and points of distribution through fact-based selling and building long lasting relationships. They will be the main point of contact for all questions, issues, and act as a liaison between the brewery and the customer.
Pay: CA$55,000.00 - CA$60,000.00 per year
Duties & Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with new accounts, current customers and prospecting licensees through consistent visits and communication.
Build brand awareness via education including the distribution of POS, merchandise and promotional material.
Educate customers on RUC’s product portfolio, proper inventory management, right SKUs to carry, promotional opportunities, and delivery on exceptional execution.
Create and manage objectives to build the business towards hitting specific KPIs.
Promote new products in an effort to gain new listings at customer/prospect accounts
Represent Amsterdam at all Events within your territory including tastings and samplings and Beer Festivals/Events
Reporting as required on specific wins and territory progress with recommended solutions to increase sales momentum.

Skills & Experience
1-3 years previous sales experience. Beer or alcohol experience is a definite asset
Previous Retail experience, preferably in alcohol is an asset
Strong communication skills both orally and written.
A G-License, access to a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record must be maintained
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Must be able to lift cases of beer, approximately 50 lbs.
