Job Description
Mission:
Ensure that the submitted proposals are competitive, feasible, and aligned with the project's objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Technical analysis and review of bid documentation
• Knowledge of regulations and standards for generating technical documentation
• Review and preparation of quantity take-offs based on the project’s technical documentation
• Preparation of technical documentation and requests for quotations from suppliers
• Liaison with suppliers to technically validate and negotiate offers
• Preparation of technical and financial comparisons
• Propose alternative technical solutions to optimize the proposals presented to the client
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the feasibility of the proposal in terms of schedule, quality, and cost
• Analysis of interferences and responsibilities
• Generation of technical documentation and drafting of reports and methodologies
• Creation and layout of presentations
• Defense of both technical and financial proposals
Required Skills and Competencies
• More than 7 years of experience
• Native English speaker; Spanish is a plus
• Technical background, preferably in engineering, architecture, or a related field
• Previous experience in fit-out projects, preferably in the cultural and/or entertainment sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Project / Primavera, Adobe Suite, and graphic design/layout tools
• Willingness to travel
• Organized, proactive, dynamic, and positive attitude
• Hands-on individual with a mindset for continuous improvement and openness to change
• Ability to adapt to different cultural and disciplinary environments
