Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist - (13310)
We are currently seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving staffing objectives by evaluating and recruiting candidates for our client’s vacant positions. You will utilize available resources such as job boards, internet sites, social media, networking, associations, and targeted lists. Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively present solutions to candidates and clients. This role will collaborate closely with managers and account team members to ensure successful contract execution and fulfillment. This position is fully remote.
This position is dependent on contract award.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify and build relationships with professional, administrative, and healthcare professionals to fulfill client hiring needs.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet and exceed recruitment goals.
• Understand detailed requirements of job descriptions.
• Articulate job duties, client environment, process, benefits, and paid time off to potential candidates.
• Maintain status on all recruiting assignments.
• Build a pool of candidates in anticipation of client needs for quick fulfillment.
• Screen applications, interview prospects, coordinate client interviews, etc.
• Participate in weekly meetings and/or trainings.
• Communicate professionally with executive leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to work with challenging and demanding clients and adapt to changes.
• Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills – oral and written.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Ability to overcome objections or roadblocks that may prevent candidates from moving through the process.
Additional Qualifications (Remote Work Competencies)
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills using phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Detailed-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards.
Physical Requirements
• Frequently required to operate a computer and file and retrieve written documents.
• Physical demands may include but are not limited to standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, and bending
