Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our customers needing natural disaster relief assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for client services. Bilingual Spanish/English highly encouraged.
Duties
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the office database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with clients.
• Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions quickly.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding client services.
• Must be able to work flexible hours as needed to meet customer demands
