In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end coordination of our emailcommunications and website assets, ensuring they are briefed appropriately, kicked off in the accurate workstream, and ultimately delivered to scope, on time and in alignment with our campaign goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with CRM, Creative, and Engineering to keep timelines tight, workflows efficient, and stakeholders informed.

This position reports to the Director of Brand Operations and this role is fully remote.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Drive the execution of CRM campaign deliverables—primarily email and web asset updates—from intake through delivery.
• Build and manage detailed timelines, clearly defining owners and milestones to keep workstreams on track.
• Act as the primary point of contact between CRM, Creative, Marketing, Digital Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless handoffs and delivery.
• Monitor progress, surface risks, and proactively troubleshoot roadblocks to avoid delays or misalignments.
• Maintain clear documentation and status updates; help facilitate daily standups or working sessions as needed.
• Ensure version control and QA of creative and content updates prior to deployment.
What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of project management experience, preferably with a focus on creative, email and site assets.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and track progress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple aspects of assets simultaneously.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, with the ability to find creative solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and working effectively under pressure.
• Comfort with utilizing various project management and collaboration tools, as well as proficiency in Asana, Google Sheets/Docs, Slack.
• A collaborative mindset, capable of building positive relationships and fostering teamwork.
What We Offer:
• Competitive hourly rate
• Medical, dental & vision insurance (after 3 months of employment at 30+ hours/week)
• 401(k) plan with company match
• Paid sick time off (eligible after 3 months of employment)
• Work from home flexibility
