Temporary Operations Assistant (Client + Project Support) | Part-Time (5 hrs/week)
We’re looking for a temporary Operations Assistant to support our team while our current assistant is on maternity leave. This is a short-term, part-time role (approximately 5 hours per week) for the next 3–4 months.
You’ll work closely with our Director of Operations to help keep projects organized, clients supported, and internal systems running smoothly.
This is a small but important role — we’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and able to step in and keep things moving without a lot of hand-holding. Because this is a temporary role, the training runway will be short, so we’re looking for someone who is polished, proactive, and able to get up to speed quickly.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting client scheduling and calendar coordination
- Helping manage and organize client deliverables and files
- Assisting with project setup and basic onboarding tasks
- Keeping internal systems organized and up to date
- Jumping in on ad hoc tasks (light research, ordering materials, etc.)
What we’re looking for:
✓ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✓ Clear, professional communication
✓ Comfortable working independently and problem-solving
✓ Experience with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and project management tools (Dubsado is a plus, not required)
✓ Ability to keep multiple moving pieces organized
Availability:
- Approximately 5 hours per week
- Must have morning availability in EST (this is important for team collaboration)
- Fully remote
