Salary: $25 - $35 per hour
Express Employment Professionals of Everett is seeking a Temporary Estimator to support the Estimating Department of a local architectural systems company. This is a remote, full-time temporary role through September 21, ideal for someone with strong Excel and data entry skills, experience with CRM systems, and familiarity with construction or architectural estimating.
Location: Remote | Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
Pay: $25 - $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Estimating Department with data entry, proposal tracking, and document management
• Edit and manage PDFs (preferably using Kofax)
• Work with Excel spreadsheets and online configurators
• Respond to tickets in a database system (Live Help Now experience is a plus)
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams via Outlook
• Assist with CRM data updates and proposal documentation
• Perform takeoffs from blueprints and specifications (as needed)
• Compile cost estimates for architectural products
• Maintain supplier and subcontractor directories
• Support project managers with scope changes and estimate updates
Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience with PDF editing tools (Kofax preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online configurators
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Previous experience in estimating or construction support roles is a plus

This is a temporary fill-in role and may not include all responsibilities listed in the full-time job description. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote setting and able to start as soon as possible.
