However, high volumes outside of this period may require temporary workers for longer periods. While no work is guaranteed, we offer the opportunity for a full-time job offer for high performers who demonstrate exceptional skills and dedication. **Key Responsibilities** As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk – Claims Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing accurate and complete data entry of lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness * Reviewing and editing transcribed voice clips from our mobile app software * Ensuring ongoing communication with other team members on the progression of data entry and pricing of contents * Collaborating with Content Claims Specialists to ensure seamless workflow * Adhering to workflow deadlines and documenting pertinent claim-related information * Maintaining detailed notes in relevant systems and making necessary changes after Quality Assurance review * Completing and submitting detailed work/time logs on a daily basis for all claims processed * Performing any other related duties assigned from time to time **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A Secondary School diploma * Prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service roles * A reliable, high-speed internet service and personal computer or laptop running on Windows 10 or 11 (No Mac or Chromebook) * A USB wired headset and working webcam * Strong technical skills, including MS Office/Outlook, online research for accurate pricing of items, typing, accurate data editing, etc. * Strong attention to detail, ability to collaborate with other team members, and outstanding communication skills * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English * Highly organized and able to multi-task, with exceptional time management skills * Self-starter, able to work independently and unsupervised, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to change and new technology * Willingness to learn and continuously improve **What We Offer** As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk – Claims Assistant at blithequark, you can expect: * A competitive hourly rate of $11 * Opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote/home-based options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and customer service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
