Temporary Attorney- Insurance Coverage
Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a dynamic AmLaw firm in their search for a mid-level Temporary Insurance Coverage Attorney to work with them on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law anywhere in the U.S. and meet the following requirements:
ā¢ At least five years of prior insurance coverage experience, representing insurers.
ā¢ Experience analyzing policy language, investigating claims and advising clients on legal strategies for resolving disputes.
ā¢ Experience assisting with or managing all phases of litigation, including propounding and responding to discovery, performing legal research, managing motion practice and preparing for trial.
ā¢ A competitive salary hourly rate is offered, as well as the ability to work a remote schedule.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
