Temporary Area Booking Coordinator (Part-time)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Confirm all information regarding blood drives with coordinators and sponsors, and communicate details to production planning staff
- Serve as a liaison between customers and appropriate staff, handling inquiries professionally and promptly
- Prepare and maintain account files, including correspondence and operational records for accurate documentation of blood drive activity
- Localize blood drive collateral using approved templates and send thank you notes to customers
- Manage the donor pre-sign up process, and review status and condensed reports for accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic knowledge of computer office products, including word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with effective problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and good driving record for business transportation
