Legal SaaS platform developed by a leading law firm. They empower users to generate custom, compliant loan documents quickly and accurately. As they scale, they are looking for a self-motivated Template Development Attorney to join their dynamic legal template development team.

What You'll Do
• Template and Document Development: Assist users in creating customized legal provisions and collaborate with the Product Team to integrate those changes into our automated document system.
• Legal Research & Compliance: Monitor regulatory and legislative changes across states, assess their impact, and update templates accordingly.
• Quality Control & Enhancement: Maintain, audit, and continuously improve template content to ensure compliance with and adherence to private lending best practices.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate consistently with the executive and product teams to track development milestones and align on priorities.
What You Bring
• JD and licensed to practice law in the U.S. (Any of the 50 states)
• Strong experience drafting complex legal agreements.
• Ability to interpret and translate legal and technical concepts across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with AirTable or similar workflow tools is a plus.
• Background in real estate finance, commercial lending, or private lending is preferred, but not required.
Location Requirements
• Remote candidates will be considered if willing to travel to Irvine for:
• Two consecutive weeks of onboarding/training.
• One week per quarter thereafter (all expenses paid).
