What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three years of recruiting experience, with a focus on healthcare
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong communication and time management skills
Agency experience is strongly preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in healthcare recruitment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates effectively
Experience in organizing job fairs and talent acquisition events
