Temp New Hire Ambassador (Onboarding)

Position Summary
The New Hire Ambassador, herein referred to as NHA, is responsible for ushering our new hires from offer accepted through "first billable hours" and will serve as the new hires’ main point of contact. The NHA plays a critical role in ensuring a consistent and exceptional onboarding experience for our new hires. This role will work collaboratively with Recruitment, Onboarding, Training Administrators, Client Services, Training, and local Operations, to ensure a best-in-class experience.
Essential Job Functions:
• Effectively serve as main point of contact for any new hire needs or questions, resolving when possible, and partnering with the appropriate department when needed
• Conduct welcome calls with each new hire to review the onboarding and training process, with a breakdown of what to expect
• Proactively identify if a new hire will be unable to finish training at 2 week anticipated date, for case planning purposes
• Consistently audit iCIMS onboard tasks, self-guided modules, and other tasks, to ensure that new hire is staying on track
• Proactively engage in daily communication touchpoints with new hires to check in
• Ensure that new hire has access to all systems after Orientation such as Outlook, Teams & Central Reach
• Ensure that the new hire has scheduled clinic visit within 2 business days of signing their offer letter, to ensure that they will be cleared for Orientation on time
• Handle region specific responsibilities where needed such as managing the CBT or RBT process
• Effectively track metadata including but not limited to the Revised BST5 date
• Other duties as assigned within scope of role
Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to maintain high energy while communicating with new hires
• Excellent phone and email etiquette, and impeccable customer focus skills
• Strong organizational skills, superior attention to detail, and ability to effectively multi-task
• Ability to prioritize competing demands
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all time
• Track record of success working at an extremely fast pace, and able to maintain quality of work while producing a high quantity on work product
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required
• 1-2 years of experience working with new hires
