Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a teller. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent mathematical abilities, and experience with cash register operations. As a teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and handling financial transactions.
Duties
? Greet members and provide friendly and efficient service
? Process member transactions accurately
? Cross sell products and services to maximize member satisfaction
? Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services
? Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
? Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred
? Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform retail math calculations accurately
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
? Basic knowledge of banking procedures is preferred
