We take in working with our telecommunication clients, providing our Customer Support Associates with opportunities to participate in community outreach, and have a supportive management staff dedicated to the development of our Customer Support Associate team. Our team of professionals are determined, motivated, and excited to spread awareness and make a massive impact. Responsibilities as an Entry Level Customer Support Associate:
? Communicate clearly with customers while maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
? Properly prepare for customers by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily sales meetings
? Engage in the sales process with each customer from start to finish for a clear and efficient close on the sale, increasing company profit margins
? Professionally represent our clients driving increased awareness through superior customer interaction
? Develop effective sales strategies to improve consumer education and increase sales margins
? Educate consumers on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family
? Efficiently navigate order entry system and schedule dates as necessary
Requirements as an Entry Level Customer Support Associate:
? Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client relations is a plus
? Self-starter who approaches their profession with integrity and passion
? Enthusiasm for making a difference in consumer's lives
? Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as a member of a team
