We're expanding and looking for a driven Teleradiologist Recruiter to help us grow our nationwide reading team.
Job Description:
As a Teleradiologist Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding board-certified radiologists for remote (teleradiology) positions. This is a remote role, but applicants must reside in Texas to be considered.
Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit radiologists for remote reading positions across multiple states, specifically Texas
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Doximity, and industry-specific job boards
• Coordinate interviews, assist with credentialing, and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain organized records in the applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to meet recruitment goals
• Represent the company in virtual job fairs or occasional in-person recruiting events
Qualifications:
• Must live in Texas (required)
• Experience recruiting radiologists or teleradiologists
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with medical licensing and credentialing processes
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
• Understanding of multi-state licensing requirements (Preferred)
Note: Only applicants residing in Texas will be considered for this remote position.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
