Telephonic Critical Support Nurse, PM Shift - Accredo - Remote
Telephonic Critical Support Nurse (RN) role supporting a 24/7 clinical call center, responding to incoming calls from patients, clinicians, and hospitals. Must be available to work evening and overnight shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays.
Requirements
ā¢ Registered Nurse (RN) with multistate license in good standing
ā¢ Valid RN license in state of primary residence
ā¢ Bachelor of Nursing degree (BSN) preferred
ā¢ Minimum of 5 years of relevant RN experience in critical care or home infusion
ā¢ Ability to work the shifts listed above
ā¢ Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
ā¢ Understanding of legal and regulatory issues
ā¢ Ability to compile data and statistics
ā¢ Strong customer service focus and ability to counsel patients
ā¢ Ability to develop and maintain a cross-section of networks
ā¢ Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills
