About the positionResponsibilities
Provide telephone response and clinical assessment to support Resident Assistants in Assisted Living settings.
Delegate tasks and provide direction to Home Health Aids based on clinical assessments.
Ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents through effective communication and support.
Maintain knowledge of regulatory and clinical practices relevant to Assisted Living nursing.
Requirements
Current RN license in MN, WI, or IA, or willingness to obtain licensure in these states.
Interest in gerontological nursing and rehabilitative/restorative clinical practices.
Experience in Assisted Living nursing and/or phone triage is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Nice-to-haves
Experience in gerontological nursing.
Previous phone triage experience.
