• No canvassing. We provide you with the list of clients to contact.
• No cold calling. We don't just give you leads, we give you customers who contacted us because they want our services.
• No retail customers. This is business-to-business sales, and you only deal with the principals.
• Simple one call close. You will typically be on the phone with a client for 15 to 20 minutes and then you're on to the next customer.
• Very little rejection or pushback. These clients have all reached out to us first and asked us to help them.
• You get fresh leads every day.
• Great commission, you earn $500 for each sale when the deal closes.
• Flexible hours. 11 A to 8P are the best calling hours.
• BEST OF ALL…NO SELLING, we call this a sales position but you really are not selling anything. These leads have inquired about a business ownership opportunity and your job is to simply give them the details and collect their information. That’s it. We do the rest.

We offer a franchise type business model in the automotive services industry. We aggressively advertise all over the country and we get about 100 new leads every week; sometimes more. These leads reach out to us requesting more information and they give us their name, contact number and email address. Your job would be to call them, explain what we do, and ask them a few qualifying questions. If they are interested and they qualify, you pass the information on to the next department. More than 90% of the people who come visit us sign up and when they do, you get paid a commission of $500 for helping turn that lead into a client.

We are seeking someone who has experience and is very comfortable talking to decision-makers. We need someone who can commit to at least 30 hours a week making calls. The best call hours are typically between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM. You can work from home or wherever you can make phone calls. We offer a lot of flexibility. This job requires someone who knows how to effectively use a CRM software (Hubspot is what we use) and you must take good notes on each call. Obviously, a clear speaking voice and a professional demeanor are required

This is a commission based 1099 sales position and even though the calls are relatively short, the sales cycle can be 30 to 60 days or more; the key is volume. Fill your pipeline and after you ramp up, you should consistently earn $5000+ per month.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a successful inbound sales representative or in a related sales role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with leads.
• Strong active listening skills to understand and accurately collect the necessary information.
• Experience using CRM software and sales tools.
• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Cultural and language sensitivity to interact with leads from diverse backgrounds.
