Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management. Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, software applications, and other technology tools to manage and process guest information. Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
