• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to telemetry patients, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing care plans accordingly
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Utilize electronic health records, preferably with Meditech experience, for accurate documentation and communication
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
Qualifications/Desired Experience
• Active RN license with telemetry experience required
• Proficiency with Meditech or similar health information systems preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in telemetry care
• Effective communication and patient care coordination abilities
Schedule/Hours
• Orientation sessions occur bi-weekly
