JOB DESCRIPTION:Brockwell Technologies, Inc. (BTI) is seeking a Telemetry Analyst to support our customer in Huntsville, AL. Note this position is currently a hybrid telework position. At this time one day is required on-site if you live within a 50-Mile Radius of Redstone Arsenal, AL; however, full-remote telework is approved for this position.ResponsibilitiesThe Telemetry Analyst will work closely with the Customer to execute the follow tasks: The Telemetry Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from telemetry systems to support operational efficiency, performance monitoring, and decision-making. This role involves working with large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize systems, processes, or products. Minimum QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum qualifications listed below: U.S. Citizenship is required Active Secret Clearance / Or Ability to Obtain Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to document requirements and translate them into technical specifications Requirements gathering Data Analysis and Business Intelligence: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and creating key performance indicators Data Visualization Principles: Ability to select appropriate chart types and layouts; Knowledge of best practices in dashboard design Desired QualificationsTableau DesktopExpertise in designing advanced dashboards and worksheets.In-depth understanding of filters, parameters, calculated fields, sets, and groups.Proficient in creating interactive dashboards with actions and dynamic visualizations.Tableau ServerSkilled in publishing and managing dashboards.Knowledge of configuring user permissions and access controls.Competent in managing data sources and scheduling subscriptions.Familiarity with Tableau REST API for automation and integration.Data Preparation and TransformationProficient in Tableau Prep or similar ETL tools for data processing.Experienced in blending and joining data from diverse sources.Skilled in data cleansing, formatting, and ensuring data quality.Knowledge of Tableau Python Hyper API for advanced data handling.SQL (Structured Query Language)Proficient in writing complex queries, joins, and subqueries.Experienced in creating and optimizing views and stored procedures.Strong understanding of query performance tuning and optimization techniques.Database TechnologiesHands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).Familiarity with cloud-based databases (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift).Minimum Experience 12 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR 10 years of experience with an Master's Degree Work Environment Note this position is currently a hybrid telework position.
