Telemedicine Physician with TN License for TRT/HRT

Hi, we’re Fountain Vitality – a telemedicine company seeking a physician (MD/DO) for TRT/HRT programs. A medical license in TN is required. A medical license in TX & having other state licenses is a plus. Fountain launched in 2021 as a men’s health company. We are growing extremely fast with thousands of patients around the country. Now, we’re expanding to additional treatment categories, and that’s where you come in. This is also a fully remote position, which means you can work from anywhere. Plus, you’ll have the flexibility and lifestyle that comes with working in a startup environment. This role will include seeing patients over video visits and chart reviews. We highly value physicians who are licensed in multiple states, as we currently operate in ~25 states. Role Overview: We’re looking for a physician who has an understanding and passion for helping patients improve their sexual function as well as their health and well-being. Prior experience prescribing testosterone is required. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the desire to collaborate with others on this fast-growing team.
