We perform disability evaluations, FMLA/work-leave documentation, work restrictions, medical necessity letters, orthopedic/functional assessments, and more. No ongoing treatment is required—these are evaluation-only visits with structured templates. Position Overview: We seek California-licensed clinicians (MD/DO/Psychologist/Psychiatrist) to perform remote telemedicine evaluations.
