Duties

ā¢ Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.

ā¢ Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Skills
ā¢ Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of technology sales is a plus.
ā¢ Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce.
ā¢ Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
ā¢ Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
ā¢ Ability to market products persuasively and handle objections professionally.
ā¢ Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships.
ā¢ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
