Telemarketer / Outbound Call Center Specialist - Remote | WFH job at Get It - Professional Services. Phoenix, AZ. We're looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist (BDS) to join our remote team! In this role, you'll focus on reaching out to new and existing prospects, helping them set appointments for Digital Marketing evaluations. This is a phone-based prospecting position, crucial to expanding our outreach to thousands of small businesses across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Outreach:
Stay organized and dedicated, making a minimum of 4 hours of talk time or 300 calls per day.
Qualify Prospects:
Engage with potential clients and qualify those interested in scheduling a Digital Marketing consultation with our Business Development Managers.
Master the Pitch:
Learn and memorize campaign pitches, along with the associated brand and product concepts.
Campaign Execution:
Reach out to our extensive database of 100,000+ contacts, introduce our services, and gather information. Depending on the campaign, this may include transferring qualified leads to the inside sales team or scheduling callbacks.
Efficient CRM Use:
Utilize our CRM system to efficiently call, record notes, and track client responses.
Qualifications:
Native-level proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
A friendly, professional phone voice that commands respect while getting past gatekeepers.
Determined and persistent, with the ability to make a high volume of calls each week.
Intermediate or higher computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal software systems. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is a plus. Work Environment:
