Telehealth Therapist & ADHD & Autism Coach
Divergent Support Services (Divergent Therapy and Coaching) is an existing business providing services and training to the ND community, we are excited to be expanding to offer therapy and coaching services for neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan; children, teens, and adults living with ADHD, Autism, and related challenges. Our approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and built around genuine connection. We're growing our independent contractor team with people who are passionate about making a real difference for the neurodivergent community. Open to all locations as we are building these support services out nationally. The Role We are seeking a certified ADHD/Autism coach or registered mental health counselor intern to join our practice on a 1099 basis. This is a fully remote, telehealth position with flexible scheduling — you set your own hours and caseload. Who We're Looking For • Certified ADHD Coach (PAAC or ICF-accredited) • Certified Autism Coach or Specialist, must have or be willing to register for NPI number • Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) Responsibilities • Provide individual telehealth sessions to children, teens, and/or adults with ADHD, Autism, or related neurodevelopmental profiles • Develop personalized coaching or treatment plans tailored to each client's strengths and goals • Maintain accurate, timely session notes and documentation • Communicate professionally with clients and their families Requirements • Active credential in your area of specialty (coaching certification or RMHCI registration) • Experience working with neurodivergent individuals, especially children and/or teens • Reliable internet connection and a private, confidential space for telehealth sessions • Own professional liability insurance (required) Nice to Have • Experience across multiple age groups (kids, teens, and adults) • Familiarity with platforms such as SimplePractice or TherapyNotes Compensation Flat rate per session, competitive and commensurate with credentials and experience. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
