What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support patient and staff safety through the prevention of harmful behaviors in the inpatient care setting via virtual means
- Assist in the coordination and management of telehealth services
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure a smooth telehealth experience
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to telehealth activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and safety
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One (1) year of medical, secretarial, or customer service work experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively in a healthcare environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using telehealth technologies and virtual communication tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in telehealth or remote patient support
- Additional certifications related to healthcare or customer service
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
