Telehealth Patient Care Advocate (Patient Coordinator / Medical Assistant)

We’re committed to helping our patients get safe, discreet, judgment-free virtual health care, from a team that truly cares.As a Patient Care Advocate, you will be an integral part of shaping the patient experience, ensuring patient safety and cultivating a culture of respect and communication. In this role, you will be the first line of contact for all incoming patient inquiries--responding to patient questions and providing support, triaging medical questions, identifying issues when they arise, and escalating concerns to the appropriate team member as needed. You will work closely with clinicians and the clinical operations team to ensure patient consults and inquiries are handled in a timely manner.
