Job DescriptionAs a Telecommute Data Entry Technician, your primary responsibility will be to input data accurately and efficiently into our company's database systems. You will be responsible for managing and updating records, ensuring that all information is current and accurate. You will also collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies, review records for completeness, and ensure high-quality data management.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data into internal databases
Verify data for accuracy and consistency
Organize and maintain digital files and records
Respond to queries related to data entries and discrepancies
Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify necessary information
Assist with generating reports based on data
Attend virtual meetings and participate in team training sessions
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Familiarity with cloud-based data management systems is a plus
