Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, making 300-400 calls per day.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.
Present and demonstrate telecom products and services to potential clients.
Develop customized solutions to meet customers' telecommunications requirements.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Provide exceptional post-sale support to customers
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Promote Singular Solutions' services with a focus on saving customers money and upgrading their home phone service.

QualificationsEducation
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
Proven experience in telecom or sales-related cold-calling roles
Knowledge
