Tele-Rheumatologist - Inpatient / Outpatient - FULLY REMOTE

Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time | Independent Contractor (1099) | Nationally Recognised Multi-Speciality Telemedicine Group Overview Eagle Telemedicine is seeking board-certified Rheumatologists to provide remote outpatient clinic support and inpatient consultative services across multiple states. This role offers flexible scheduling, the ability to work from home, and the opportunity to expand rheumatologic care access for underserved communities nationwide. Position Highlights Outpatient Tele-Rheumatology (Clinic Blocks) • Weekday clinics provided in 4-hour telehealth blocks • Physicians typically cover 1–2 blocks per scheduled day • Monthly minimum: 16 hours • States supported: IA, KS, WA, DE, LA, WY, IN, IL, MO • Visit lengths: ~1 hour for new patients; ~30 minutes for follow-bolthires Inpatient Consultative Tele-Rheumatology • Virtual consults for inpatient teams via phone or secure message • Consults completed during scheduled shift hours • Shift options: 8-, 12-, or 24-hour coverage • States supported: MN, MT, LA, DE • Typically covers multiple facilities per shift • Monthly minimum: 7 inpatient shifts (if participating in IP service) Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive rheumatology consultations remotely • Provide diagnostic assessment, treatment recommendations, and follow-up guidance • Collaborate with onsite clinical teams • Document all encounters in the facility EMR • Deliver timely, patient-centered communication Qualifications • Board Certified in Rheumatology • Active medical license in at least one U.S.state • Minimum 2 years of post-training clinical experience • Strong communication skills and comfort with virtual care • U.S. residence requiredWhy Join Us • Fully remote position • Flexible scheduling options • Opportunities to support both rural and urban healthcare settings • Professional operations and IT support • Collaborative, physician-focused environment If you’re a Rheumatologist interested in flexible remote practice and expanding access to specialty care, we invite you to apply.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $40,000.00 - $300,000.00 per yearBenefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location:Remote Apply tot his job
