What Youll Do
? Assists with specific activities, routines and/or games for all participants.
? Leads with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program.
? Manage all equipment to ensure safety.
? Maintains a clean and risk-free environment.
? Ensures all children are picked up by a parent.
? Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person.
? Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.
? Performs other related duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
? Must be 15 years of age or older
? Demonstrate ability to develop and teach skills
? Prior knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in program area
? Ability to effectively use technology for programmatic needs
? Obtain and maintain all new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire
