Technology Service Analyst
About the position
The Technology Service Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of technology services at Zions Bancorporation. This position is integral to supporting and enhancing the technology infrastructure, ensuring that clients and colleagues have the best possible experience. The role involves monitoring systems, managing service requests, and collaborating with IT teams to drive technological innovation and compliance with IT policies.
Responsibilities
Ā Monitor and maintain technology systems and networks.

Ā Install and configure software components.

Ā Manage and resolve service requests and incidents.

Ā Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ā Document and update technical procedures and user guides.
,
Ā Assist in the implementation of new technologies and upgrades.

Ā Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
,
Ā 24 X 7 On Call responsibilities for various applications.

Ā Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Ā 6+ years of experience in a technical support or IT service role.
,
Ā Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
,
Ā Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
,
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
,
Ā Experience with IT service management tools and practices.
,
Ā Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
Nice-to-haves
Ā Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus.

Ā Familiarity with financial software and applications is a plus.
,
Ā Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL are a plus.
