This role will be required to bring breadth and depth of technology expertise, founded in - experience with delivering large transformation, leading innovation driven practices, consulting to and managing executive stakeholders across IT and Business. Requirements The individual in this role will be required to provide Thought Leadership and Client EngagementLiaise with all levels of data leaders at our strategic clients to provide forward looking advisory and thought leadershipHold brown bags and educative forums to share thought leadership with our core clientsHold client platform, organization and practices reviews proactively and provide improvement recommendations, solutions and roadmapsProvide technology leadership to transformation agendas rooted in Data and Insights, addressing Technology, Organization and ProcessesHelp recruit key talent to fill key client technology rolesCreate detailed technology solutions for first of a kind and complex initiativesPre- Sales and New businessPresent Tiger capabilities to new prospectsCreate Solutions and Proposals for client requirementsData and Insights Practice LeadershipMentor Engineering Talent at different levelsManage architect resourcesCreate thought leadership content for go to market offerings including reference architectures, methods and practicesInterview and participate in helping evolve hiring practicesLiaison with offshore counterparts on solutions, training and overall capabilities developmentExpertise And Skills Needed Experience with Solution Architecture development for large enterprises and transformation programsStrong experience with traditional and modern data platforms – nosql, mpp, columnar, big data and cloud data platforms. Experience with Cloud Data platform services across AWS, Azure and GCPExperience with Data processing tools and frameworks including batch ETL, real time streaming and IoT architecturesExperience with Big Data, Data Fabric and Data Mesh Architectures.Experience with Federated and centralized Data Management practices and technologies including Data Governance. Experience with industry leading data management platformsExperience with establishing Data governance, Data catalogs and deep understanding of all dimensions of data securityExperience and expertise on MLOPs processes, platforms and organizational implicationsExperience with ML Models and modeling lifecycleExperience with data warehousing, BI lifecycle and technologiesExperience with DevOps techniques, Infra as Code, Deployment patterns, and is proficient with programming languages (like Python, Java, Scala, Rust, .Net, Scripting).Knowledge and experience with Knowledge graphs and related graph technologiesExperience with digital customer data platforms, martech platforms, clickstream data processing and digital analytics platformsSoft Skills and Traits:Strong ownership, Agility in action and entrepreneurial spiritCollaborating with multiple stakeholders across clients and internal to Tiger AnalyticsAbility to work with abstract problem statements and guide through consultative and collaborative approachReview and provide best solutions on the existing or new architecture requirements.Recommend strategies to improve resiliency, security, and optimize costs.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science/or any relevant experience on Information systems.10+ years of relevant experience in the Building Solution Architecture and Technology platforms.5+ years' experience in consulting leadership roles.BenefitsSignificant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
