As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a new team member for the following position:Technology Development Manager (m/w/d) im Bereich Sensorik innerhalb der Vertrieb Deutschland GmbHDiese Aufgaben warten auf SieIdentifikation und Erschließung neuer Kunden und Absatzmärkte im Technologiebereich Sensorik (Radar, Ultraschall, Motion & Condition Monitoring, Vision) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Expertenteams und den Competence CenternKontinuierliche Entwicklung, Validierung und Weiterentwicklung marktorientierter Value Propositions auf Basis von Kundengesprächen sowie Markt- und WettbewerbsanalysenPlanung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen und Produkt-Launches in enger Abstimmung mit Marketing, Vertrieb und technischen FachbereichenIdentifikation relevanter Technologie- und Markttrends sowie Ableitung strategischer Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios und der ProduktstrategieAufbau, Pflege und Aktivierung eines technologiebezogenen Partner- und Innovationsnetzwerks (Ecosystem)Training, Schulung und Enablement des Vertriebs, z. B. durch Produktpräsentationen auf Messen, Fachveranstaltungen oder bei Key AccountsVorbereitung und Durchführung von technischen Präsentationen für Kunden sowie interne Stakeholder (z. B.
