Technology Consulting Manager – Data Strategy, Governance & AI (Financial Services)
About the Role- We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Consulting Manager to join our Financial Services Data & AI practice. In this role, you will partner with leading banking, capital markets, and insurance organizations to design and implement modern data strategies, governance frameworks, and AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them unlock the value of their data, enhance operational efficiency, and responsibly scale AI adoption within highly regulated environments. Required Qualifications- • 5–10+ years of experience in technology consulting, data strategy, data governance, AI/ML, analytics, or digital transformation, ideally within the Financial Services sector. • Prior experience at top consulting firm preferred. Strong expertise in: • Data Strategy & Operating Model Design • Data Governance & Quality • AI/ML Enablement, GenAI, and Automation • Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Analytics & Data Architecture • Regulatory Compliance (OCC, FRB, CCAR, BCBS 239, etc.) • Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing engagements, communicate with executives, and translate complex technical concepts into business insights. • Strong experience managing cross-functional delivery teams. Preferred Skills • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Python, SQL, and modern data platforms. • Knowledge of data privacy laws, cybersecurity regulations, and risk frameworks. • Experience with GenAI use case design, prompt engineering, and responsible AI governance. • MBA, MS in Data/AI, or technical certifications (AWS, Azure, CDMP, etc.).
